Submissions
The Journal of Language and Literature Education (JLLE) is committed to publishing high-quality, original, and unpublished works in the areas of language education, literature education, linguistics, and related fields. Submissions must be prepared in accordance with the APA Publication Manual (latest edition) and comply with the following requirements:

1. Eligibility and Originality

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submission does not infringe upon copyright laws or ethical standards.

  • All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check using similarity detection tools (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate).

2. Language of Publication

  • Articles may be submitted in English or Turkish.

  • Authors should ensure grammatical accuracy; manuscripts may be returned if language editing is required.

3. Manuscript Preparation

  • Title Page: Title, full name(s), affiliation(s), ORCID iD, and contact details of the corresponding author.

  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.

  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords for indexing and discoverability.

  • Main Text: Suggested structure includes Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

  • References: Strictly formatted in APA style.

  • Figures and Tables: High-quality, numbered, and referenced within the text.

4. File Format and Length

  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

  • Standard length: 5,000–8,000 words (research articles), 2,000–4,000 words (literature reviews), 800–1,500 words (book/software reviews).

  • Manuscripts exceeding the word limit may be considered if justified by the depth of research.

5. Submission Process

  • Authors must register on the JLLE online submission system.

  • All communication, including peer review feedback and editorial decisions, is handled electronically.

  • There are no submission or publication fees.
